Responsibilities

• Ensure crew deliver WOW customer experience; train on service.
• Oversee daily store activities and performance of associates.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep shelves full.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed; manage operations and staff.
• Open/close the store; handle cash and security.
• Assist onboarding and training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and recovery tasks.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping.
