Qualifications

• Proficiency with SAP/ERP is essential for success in this position.
• Strong Microsoft and Google productivity tools are expected for daily collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor a team of CX Representatives and Specialists.
• Develop plans to achieve divisional accounts receivable goals and report to management.
• Provide training on credit policies and procedures and seek improvement opportunities.
• Optimize cash collections and manage the accounts receivable portfolio.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and branch managers on priorities.
• Maintain data integrity and coordinate pricing, tax, and master data with the division.
