Airgas, Inc. in Kennesaw, GA, is seeking a Customer Experience Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead a team of 6-9 AR Representatives within the Business Support Center. You will drive receivables turnover, resolve billing issues, and manage high-level customer contacts while partnering with sales and regional leaders.

You will coach staff, monitor aging, implement cash-flow strategies, and provide regular updates to management to support growth and profitability across national accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of B2B accounts receivable and collections experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Deep understanding of accounts receivable principles, credit risk management, and collection techniques.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate a team of 6-9 Customer Experience Accounts Receivable Representatives while managing daily scheduling and resource deployment.
• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports, track collection performance, and execute strategies to maximize cash flow and minimize bad debt.
• Guide the team in managing complex, overdue accounts, establishing payment plans, and handling high-level customer contacts.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and regional management to resolve billing discrepancies and streamline commercial transactions.
• Provide regular collection updates, risk analyses, and performance reports to upper management to drive process improvements across the BSC.
