Requirements: a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Management/Economy and 3+ years in a similar role; multinational experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting / Financial / Management / Economy.
• 3+ years in similar function.
• Experience in a multinational company is desirable.
• Experience in Global Business Services Center is a plus (for GBS roles).

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of CX Representatives and Specialists.
• Contact customers with overdue balances and send payment reminders.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing disputes.
• Monitor AR aging and report collection performance to management.
