Airgas in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Customer Experience Representative (Collections) to nurture customer relationships, manage a portfolio, and ensure accurate billing and receivables. The role emphasizes collaborative problem solving and proactive communications with customers to resolve payment issues and optimize cash flow.

You will analyze accounts, monitor aging metrics, and present insights to Sales and Finance while supporting colleagues with timely, accurate data and reconciliations.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Client service orientation that views collections as supportive, not adversarial.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to express complex ideas clearly.
• Core competencies: critical thinking, active listening, adaptability, multitasking in a time-sensitive environment.
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.

Responsabilidades

• Nurture and coordinate an assigned portfolio for healthy portfolio balance and accurate, timely web-based billing and account reconciliation.
• Proactively resolve customer account issues and delays, including root cause analysis and resolving electronic transfer rejections.
• Conduct comprehensive A/R reviews, monitor DSO and aging, guide credit parameters, and identify accounts needing support, doubtful accounts or write-offs.
• Prepare and present reports for Sales and Finance reviews and maintain Excel spreadsheets to provide essential billing insights.
