Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a front-end leader to promote an excellent customer experience at our Centennial, CO location. You will oversee a team of associates, ensure courteous service, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining store standards.

You will train and coach associates on front-end principles and POS coverage, coordinate breaks, and respond to customer concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train others and work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store associates.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage as needed.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Support management in training needs and adherence to policies and labor laws.
