The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, strong merchandising know-how, and the ability to train others while maintaining store standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to train others and lead front-end operations.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and oversees front-of-store team.
• Leads by example, engages with customers, and promotes loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for Associates.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles.
