Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a frontline leader to supervise associates and promote an exceptional customer experience at our Aurora, OH store. You will model outstanding service, train staff, assign POS coverage, and ensure adherence to store policies while supporting loyalty programs.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of retail experience with some leadership exposure, strong merchandising sense, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong merchandising understanding
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and oversees Associates at front of store
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a positive environment
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures
