Job summary

TJ Maxx, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a front-end leader to promote an excellent customer experience and supervise Associates at the front of the store in Troy, Alabama. You will model outstanding service, coordinate POS coverage, and mentor teammates to deliver loyalty-program benefits.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to policies while maintaining a clean, organized store.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Clear communication with customers and associates.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in operations.
• Ability to train and mentor fellow Associates.
• 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes loyalty programs and delivers friendly service
• Oversees front-of-store Associates and POS coverage needs
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end principles and customer experience
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintains store plan execution and prioritizes tasks
• Ensures compliance with labor laws and store policies
• Promotes safety, shrink reduction, and associate recognition
