Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and ensures adherence to labor laws and store procedures
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end principles and customer personalization
