Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and stay composed in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew delivers WOW customer experience with warm personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance to ensure quality service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick shelf replenishment.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training to improve performance.
• Drives sales and controls costs through merchandising and service.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
• Maintains cleanliness and overall store housekeeping.
