Job summary

Five Below in Collegeville, PA is seeking a dedicated leader to help wow customers and run daily store operations. The role involves supervising crew, training staff on the BEST customer service, and acting as Manager on Duty as needed.

You will open/close the store, manage cash and safety procedures, support onboarding, drive sales, and partner with the leadership team on merchandising. Starting pay is $12 per hour with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wow the Customer through personal contact.
• Train the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure they perform well.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick stocking.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and prepare for daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stocking.
