URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking a Key Holder to support the store leadership team in service, selling, and daily processes. You will be an expert in operating procedures and mentor the associate team.

You will collaborate with leadership to maintain an energized environment, drive store metrics, and ensure seamless omni-channel fulfillment while upholding brand standards and customer experience.
