Job summary

Five Below Inc. in California seeks an hourly leader to wow customers, train crew, and oversee daily store operations in Chino. You will help ensure a fast, friendly checkout and high standards of service.

As Manager on Duty when needed, you’ll manage opening/closing, merchandising, and staff performance while maintaining a positive, energetic store atmosphere. Flexible scheduling is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members deliver WOW customer service through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures they perform duties effectively.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff, and emergencies.
