You will model strong service, train staff on loyalty programs, and coordinate POS coverage while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. Ideal candidates bring retail leadership experience, merchandising knowledge, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Qualifications

• Strong merchandising understanding.

• Experience training and mentoring Associates.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and leads by example at the front of the store.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end processes and loyalty programs.
• Allocates registers, coordinates POS coverage, and manages breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store standards.
• Ensures tasks align with store plans and communicates priorities to the team.
• Supports training needs and adheres to labor laws and company policies.
