Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees front-of-store team to ensure prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotion.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end procedures.
• Coordinates breaks, assigns registers, and manages POS coverage.
• Addresses customer issues promptly and maintains a positive store environment.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety standards.
