• Create a positive customer experience at front of store.
• Promote loyalty programs and credit programs.
• Lead and mentor Associates; train on front-end principles.
• Manage register assignments and POS coverage; coordinate breaks.
• Address customer concerns promptly and provide progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and store policies.
• Support safety and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
