Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store associates
• Oversee POS coverage, breaks, and store operations
• Train and coach associates on loyalty programs and customer personalization
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize work areas
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Communicate priorities clearly to management and staff
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety awareness
• Provide feedback and recognition to staff
• Other duties as assigned
