The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store leadership role in Hendersonville, NC. You will promote an excellent customer experience, lead front-of-store Associates, and model outstanding service while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

You will train and coach team members on loyalty programs, POS coverage, and customer personalization, while supporting safety and policy adherence to drive store results.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Promote an excellent customer experience.
• Oversee a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotion.
• Lead by example by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and customer personalization.
• Coordinate registers, POS coverage, and breaks; respond to customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure tasks align with store plan and communicate progress to management.
• Promote safety, labor law adherence, and shrink reduction programs.
