Qualifications

2+ years' experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
Must be 18+; 21+ to operate Rivian vehicles.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; travel may be required.
Experience with POS and CRM software is helpful.
Good English communication; able to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

Welcome, engage, and educate customers with a positive experience.
Achieve KPIs: leads, lead capture rate, and customer satisfaction.
Identify customer needs and provide individualized experiences including demos and deliveries.
Support brand initiatives, events, and product deep-dives.
Maintain strong knowledge of tools, POS, and CRM; use them to generate leads.
Execute daily operations, space upkeep, and visual displays; ensure premium presentation.
