Job summary

USA TJ Maxx Store 1295 Weatherford TX is seeking a front-end lead to promote an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee Associates, train staff on front-end principles, and support loyalty and credit programs while maintaining store standards.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to manage POS coverage and breaks. You’ll contribute to safety, compliance, and retail excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changing directions.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and oversee front-of-store Associates.
• Lead by example, train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, manage POS coverage, and coordinate breaks for all Associates.
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a positive experience.
• Promote safety, adhere to labor laws, and support shrink reduction efforts.
