Job summary

TJ Maxx in Weatherford, TX is seeking a front-end supervisor to promote an excellent customer experience and lead Associates at the front of the store. You will model outstanding service, train staff, and coordinate POS coverage while ensuring adherence to store policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience is required.
• 6 months of leadership experience is required.
• Strong merchandising techniques knowledge.
