Marshalls in Dubuque, IA is seeking a front-line leader to promote an excellent customer experience. You will supervise Associates, ensure courteous service, train staff, manage register coverage, and uphold store standards.

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience.
• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store and ensures courteous service and loyalty program promotion.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks; provides coverage as needed.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Promotes safety and adheres to labor laws and company policies.
