Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an energetic retail Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a store environment in West Des Moines, IA. You will train and mentor Associates on front-end principles while promoting loyalty programs and maintaining store standards.

You will manage registers, coordinate breaks, and respond to customer concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for every guest. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience, 6 months of leadership experience.
• Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to train others and mentor Associates on front end principles.
