Job summary

Marshalls in Des Moines, IA, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring to promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store operations. You will train Associates, manage POS coverage, and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership, strong merchandising knowledge, great communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience.
• Leads front-of-store team to ensure prompt, courteous service and loyalty-program promotion.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end principles and customer personalization.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a safe, clean store environment.
• Supports management on training needs and adherence to labor laws and store policies.
