Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and oversees front-of-store associates
• Leads by example, engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs
• Coordinates registers, POS coverage and breaks for Associates
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a positive experience
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Promotes safety and shrink reduction goals
• Other duties as assigned
