Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a retail manager for our TJ Maxx store in Cerritos, California. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading a team to provide excellent customer service and promoting loyalty programs. You will also train Associates and manage store operations effectively.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience required.
• Must be available for flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques needed.
