Job summary

TJ Maxx Store 1188 Long Beach CA is seeking a retail Associate with leadership experience to promote a positive customer experience and support loyalty programs. You will supervise front-end operations, train Associates, and ensure store standards.

Starting pay range is $17.90 to $18.40 per hour, with actual pay determined by skills, qualifications and experience. This role requires flexible availability including nights and weekends, and strong merchandising knowledge.

Qualifications

• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a clean store.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Supports safety and shrink reduction goals.
