Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking a Front End Leader to oversee store operations and create an outstanding customer experience at our Levittown, PA location. You will supervise Associates, train others, and ensure proper POS coverage while maintaining a clean, organized store.

You’ll promote loyalty programs, follow safety and labor guidelines, and collaborate with management to prioritize tasks. Previous retail leadership and merchandising knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role
• Strong merchandising knowledge
• Strong communication and organization skills with attention to detail
• Ability to train others
• Team player with adaptability to schedule changes

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience across the store.
• Lead by example and mentor front-end Associates.
• Coordinate POS coverage and breaks; ensure store tasks align with plan.
• Address customer concerns promptly and elevate issues to management when needed.
• Promote loyalty programs and safety practices; support shrink reduction goals.
