Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate associates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service store-wide.
• Coordinate front-end operations and checkout flow.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate transactions.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Maintain merchandising and stock organization.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Schedule front-end coverage and breaks as needed.
• Troubleshoot routine register issues to minimize disruption.
• Partner with leadership to improve service and execution.
