Job summary

The TJ Maxx team in Taylorsville, UT is seeking a front-end leader to promote an excellent customer experience. You will oversee associates at the front of the store, ensure prompt and courteous service, and actively promote loyalty programs while modeling strong store standards.

You will train and mentor associates, coordinate POS coverage, uphold labor policies, and help drive safety and shrink reduction goals.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Takes an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front end principles.
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and supports store shrink reduction goals.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
