Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Sandusky, OH is seeking a front-of-store leader to drive a superior customer experience.

You will supervise Associates, train staff on front-end processes, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized store and ensuring adherence to policies and labor laws. Key responsibilities include coaching team members, coordinating POS coverage and breaks, addressing customer concerns, and supporting management with store priorities and shrink-reduction

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Team player able to train others and work with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of associates at front of store to ensure prompt, courteous customer service and loyalty programs.
• Promotes a culture of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Trains and mentors associates on front end principles and personalizing customer experience.
• Manages POS coverage, breaks, and safety procedures.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and communicates priorities to management.
