Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service across the store.
• Coordinate daily front-end operations, including checkout flow and line management.
• Direct associates during shift, adjusting priorities as needed to meet business goals.
• Ensure fast, accurate transactions and handle returns and exchanges.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
• Assist with merchandising and store organization; perform opening/closing duties.
