Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred (off-price, big box, or specialty retail environments are a plus).
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to resolve issues.

Responsabilités

• Lead front-end operations and checkout flow.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities as needed.
• Ensure accurate transactions, handling returns and exchanges.
• Triage customer concerns and escalate when required.
• Support merchandising and stock organization in support areas.
• Perform opening/closing duties and schedule breaks.
• Uphold safety standards and company policies.
