Responsibilities

• Leads and trains associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Manages POS coverage, assigns registers, and coordinates breaks.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains store plan execution and communicates priorities to staff.
• Supports safety, shrink reduction, and customer service initiatives.
