• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Able to train others

Responsibilities

• Create a positive front-of-store customer experience
• Lead and mentor Associates on front-end best practices
• Coordinate breaks and POS coverage for store personnel
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a safe, organized store
• Promote loyalty programs and store policies
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company procedures
