Job summary

TJ Maxx, a part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a front-of-store leader to drive outstanding customer experiences while guiding associates in merchandising, POS tasks, and loyalty initiatives. You will model excellent service and safety, train staff, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to train others and work flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

Oversees a team of associates at front of store to ensure prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotion
Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage
Promotes safety, labor law compliance, and store shrink reduction goals
Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a positive environment
Provides recognition and constructive feedback and supports training needs
