Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leads by example in engaging with customers and promoting loyalty programs.
• Trains and mentors associates on front-end principles and personalizing the customer experience.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for all associates; ensures POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a positive environment.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures; promotes safety.
