Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an associate to promote an excellent customer experience at our Wesley Chapel store. You will oversee a team at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous service and active promotion of loyalty programs.

Role models outstanding customer service, trains Associates, and coordinates registers and breaks. Flexible schedule includes nights and weekends, with opportunities for growth and benefits as described by TJX.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience.
• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Leads by example by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and ensures a positive experience.
