Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership responsibility.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to train others and work flexible schedule including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience through frontline leadership.
• Oversees front-of-store Associates and coordinates POS coverage.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
