Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Westlake Village, CA is seeking a front-end leader to oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store and promote an outstanding customer experience. You will assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure smooth, courteous service while supporting loyalty programs.

You will train and mentor Associates on front-end principles, engage customers, and work with management to meet sales and customer-satisfaction goals while upholding labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and oversee a team of front-of-store Associates.
• Lead by example by engaging with customers and promoting loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage as needed.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and customer service.
• Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
• Communicate priorities clearly to management and staff and provide progress updates.
• Support management on training needs to increase effectiveness.
