Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a frontline leader at our Lenexa, KS location to drive outstanding customer service and team performance. You will oversee associates on the front end, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will train teammates, manage POS coverage, and respond quickly to customer concerns while upholding store standards and labor policies. Previous leadership in retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience.
• 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising understanding.
• Capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience.
• Oversees a team of associates at front of store and promotes loyalty programs.
• Leads by example with customer interactions and store cleanliness.
• Trains and coaches associates on front-end principles and customer personalization.
• Coordinates registers, POS coverage, and breaks for all associates.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and ensures a positive experience.
• Ensures tasks align with store plan and communicates priorities to the team.
