Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., in Rochester MN, seeks a front-of-store leader to deliver an excellent customer experience and train Associates. You’ll guide cash-wrap, service, and loyalty program promotion while ensuring a clean, organized store and compliance with policies.

You’ll work flexible hours including nights and weekends, applying strong merchandising knowledge and collaborating with management to balance priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong merchandising knowledge and ability to balance priorities on the sales floor.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.

Responsibilities

• Create positive customer experiences and promote loyalty programs.
• Lead front-of-store operations, including POS coverage and scheduling breaks.
• Coach Associates on personalized customer service and loyalty program enrollment.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
