Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end leader at TJ Maxx stores in American Fork, UT. You will oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store, drive exceptional customer service, and mentor Associates to execute store policies and priority tasks.

You will train team members, coordinate POS coverage, and promote loyalty programs while ensuring a safe, compliant work environment. Flexibility to work nights/weekends is required.
