Job summary

TJ Maxx in Deptford, NJ is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote an excellent customer experience. You will oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotions, while modeling outstanding customer service.

You will train and mentor Associates, manage registers and POS coverage, respond to customer concerns, maintain store standards, and partner with management to meet labor goals and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and mentoring Associates.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Effective communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities
