Responsibilities

• Lead customer service across the store.
• Support front-end operations and checkout flow.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities as needed.
• Ensure fast, friendly, accurate transactions (sales, returns, exchanges).
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain merchandising standards and stock organization.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties and schedule coverage.
• Troubleshoot routine register issues to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with leadership to address service or execution opportunities.
