Responsibilities

• Oversees front-of-store Associates and delivers a positive customer experience.
• Promotes loyalty programs and maintains store standards and safety.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front end principles and POS coverage.
• Coordinates breaks, assigns registers, and manages customer concerns promptly.
• Ensures tasks align with store plans and communicates priorities to team.
