Responsibilities

• Oversees front-of-store Associates to deliver prompt, courteous service and promote loyalty programs.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and customer personalization.
• Manages registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to maintain a positive experience.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety practices.
