Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Oversee front end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Open/close procedures, maintain store cleanliness and readiness for customers.
• Perform store manager duties in absence of the manager.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members alongside the store manager.
• Review corporate communications and respond accordingly.
