Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-line supervisor to promote an excellent customer experience at TJ Maxx stores. You will lead a team, train Associates, and ensure efficient front-end operations while promoting loyalty programs and maintaining store standards.

Ideal candidates will have retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• One year of retail experience and six months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and ability to train associates.
• Ability to adapt to changes and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes loyalty programs and customer engagement
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles
• Manages POS coverage and coordinates breaks
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Ensures adherence to labor policies and safety standards
